Following on from our post last week regarding the 2017 Christmas Network Freeze, we wanted to confirm our office opening hours for the 2017/18 Christmas period.
As is the norm with Stream Networks, whilst others are sleeping, we are taking the time to get ahead and offer our customers the first class service they come to expect.
Barring Public Holidays, our offices will be open and our phones will be manned throughout the Christmas Period, with all departments represented and ready to talk.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Friday 22nd December – 08:30 – 18:00 – Normal Office Hours
Monday 25th December – OFFICE CLOSED – Out of hours emergency support available
Tuesday 26th December – OFFICE CLOSED – Out of hours emergency support available
Wednesday 27th December – 08:30 – 18:00 – Normal Office Hours
Thursday 28th December – 08:30 – 18:00 – Normal Office Hours
Friday 29th December – 08:30 – 18:00 – Normal Office Hours
Saturday 30th December – OFFICE CLOSED – Out of hours emergency support available
Sunday 31st December – OFFICE CLOSED – Out of hours emergency support available
Monday 1st January – OFFICE CLOSED – Out of hours emergency support available
Tuesday 2nd January onwards – 08:30 – 18:00 – Normal Office Hours
